Tier Raid Gear Service Rules & Policies

• We will NOT remove your pre-existing items and gold. However, keep in mind that since we will be instancing quite frequently to get your PvE Tier Armors, we will need to use some gold for repairs.

• We will NOT use bots or any type of automated programs to play your character. 1 real person will be playing your account to run the instance to acquire your Tier armor.

• If your character's talent tree is speced for pure PvP, we MAY respec your talents to Group PvE to function efficiently in the PvE dungeons unless otherwise instructed by you.

• We will ONLY respond in fluent English to incoming tells by fellow group members to cooperate effectively in the instance. All other incoming whispers not relevant to teamwork within the instance dungeon will not be responded.

• Remember that our tier services includes any other drops that benefits you that we win for your toon while farming for your Tier gear. This means that you are likely to get better weapons, trinkets and/or rings as well!

• Note that some item names differ for horde and alliance tier sets, but the statistics and set bonuses are the same.

• A server transfer may be necessary if your character is undergeared, making it difficult to find a group on your current server; thus, by transferring servers, your character can be carried by our Raid Team on our server. If you are unsure if your character's gear is adequate, you may send your character's wowarmory link to our customer support email ([email protected]) and our staff will let you know immediately.

• If you cannot make up your mind on which Tier gear best suits your character, you can buy Emblems instead through our Emblem Farming Service and choose what to spend it on later.

• After completion of the Tier Armor Service, please change your password as we are no longer responsible for it.
